Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you are placing a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and represents an acceptance of the contract.

delivery

Orders and deliveries are possible within the countries that can be selected during the ordering process. In principle, deliveries are made by DHL and Deutsche Post. Articles are only supplied in normal household quantities and only to end consumers. The ordered items are dispatched within 1-3 working days. You can find more information about the prices under the section "Shipping costs".

Guarantee

If the items delivered have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or the DHL employee who delivers the item. Failure to submit this complaint does not, however, affect your legal claims. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for supplementary performance, for the removal of defects / new delivery as well as - if the legal requirements are met - the further claims for price reduction or withdrawal as well as for damages, including compensation for the damage, apply the fulfillment and reimbursement of your futile expenses.

Articles not available

Should an article not be available, we undertake to inform you immediately about the unavailability and to reimburse any consideration received immediately.

Shipping

We charge a flat shipping fee of € 3.90 within Germany. For orders over € 20, shipping within Germany is free. For deliveries outside of Europe and Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of € 6.90 and € 9.90 for all countries outside Europe. For orders over € 60, shipping is free internationally. The shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they are shown separately in the course of the ordering process and you must also bear them.

payment

Payment can generally be made by PayPal, prepayment or credit card (MasterCard & VISA). There is no possibility to deduct a discount.

Payment by PayPal:
You pay directly through your PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be forwarded to PayPal and there you will approve the order value. As soon as our PayPal account has been informed of your authorization, the shipment will take place - depending on the delivery time specified for the item. When the goods are dispatched, your PayPal account will be debited with the actual invoice amount after deducting any discounts, gift vouchers, etc. For goods that are specially made to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs, your PayPal account will be debited immediately with the actual invoice amount after deducting any discounts, gift vouchers, etc.

Payment with credit card:
You pay directly in the ordering process by entering your credit card details. When shipping the goods, your credit card will be charged with the actual invoice amount after deducting any discounts, gift vouchers, etc. For goods that are specially made to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs, your credit card will be debited immediately with the actual invoice amount after deducting any discounts, gift vouchers, etc.

Prices

Our prices are in euros and include VAT.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

Electronic communication

You agree that the contract-related communication can take place in electronic form.

The order text is saved with us. And after completing the ordering process, it can be accessed under "My Account", provided you created a customer account during the ordering process or earlier.
